Mabel Susan Lunceford Fouche

Funeral services for Mabel Susan "Mae Mae" Lunceford Fouche, 95, of Spring Street, Washington, were held Wednesday, November 8, 2006, at the First Baptist Church, Washington, with Rev. Chris Townsend and Rev. John Autry officiating. Interment was in the Crawfordville Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. She died Tuesday, November 7.

Mrs. Fouche was a native of Taliaferro County and was the daughter of the late Overton and Clara Cannon Lunceford. She was the widow of Bill Fouche and the sister of Owen, Alvin, Hawes, Lonnie, Reid, Kermit, and Carl Lunceford, and

Kathleen Sorrow and Lucy Ward. She was a homemaker and had worked at Royal Manufacturing Co. a number of years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Washington.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews. She had lived the last 11 years with Kermit and Wayne Hocutt in Washington.

Pallbearers included David Griffith, Darrell Griffith, Jerry Stover, Kenneth Lindsey, Jeremy Goldman, and Doug Brown.

Hopkins Funeral Home of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
